MWA Intelligence, Inc. (MWA) is a master value-added reseller (MVAR) and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for SAP Business One and leader in enterprise resource planning software (ERP). Our primary goal is to provide the imaging channel with FORZA, the most prolific management software product in the marketplace, that withstands modern business challenges and delivers proven results to lead dealerships well into the future of digital transformation. But we are so much more than just another business software company and it’s a true testament to our community in the MWA FORZA family. Our success is a result of providing a friendly atmosphere that encourages imagination, initiation, and innovation. What better way to find out first hand than from MWA’s very own FORZA team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and supporting the needs of our wonderful clients!
This week mark’s the final rendition of the FORZA support spotlight, with the focus on Jeff Campbell. Jeff is a native Arizonian where he grew up tilling the land on his family farm. When he was older, Jeff had a brief stint living in Colorado before moving back to Maricopa County – just outside of Phoenix, AZ – where he now calls home along with his family.
After completing his secondary education, Jeff decided to take flight – literally! He enrolled in the aviation program at Cochise College located in Douglas, AZ where he obtained his commercial pilot license. Occasionally, people in the office refer to him as “Jefferson Starship” which is starting to make sense with the whole pilot license connection thing but now I’m just thinking out loud… or, technically, on paper.
Jeff is a very proud alumnus of Northern Arizona University where he was a member of the class of 1999 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering. During Jeff’s time as a Lumberjack (referencing his time at NAU and not as an actual worker in the logging industry) he did a bunch of really cool engineering things like designing and implementing a robot and using microcontrollers to control the run up of a flywheel along with monitoring its energy output.
Apart from his daily job, Jeff is also very active within his local community. He plays a very important role in the Millennium High School Booster Club as their Vice President and is responsible for organizing fundraising through all of the school’s athletic events. What may seem like a second job to most, Jeff absolutely loves his time with the Booster Club and enjoys helping to raise money for the high school’s programs to benefit all the kids in the community.
However, it is not all work and no play for Jeff who displays his bubbly and easy-going personality in the office throughout the week. Whenever Jeff can find the time away from work or from “boostering”, you can catch him out hitting the links with some buddies and his father-in-law or find him relaxing in his backyard, laying in the pool and taking in his scenic golf course backyard.
Jeff has been working at MWA since late 2013, first as the Architect of the FORZA solution and is now the current Chief Technology Officer. Jeff’s invaluable skill set and knowledge has been vital to the birth of the FORZA product and its enhanced development so we can deliver our customers a premier ERP solution that is the first of its kind and unrivaled in the imaging marketplace.
