MWA Remains Active in Expanding Their FORZA Team by Adding New Project Manager!

Scottsdale, AZ – September 29, 2016 – MWA Intelligence Inc. As a young professional, Rejoice has a very impressive track record in the management field with the results to prove it. With approximately 10 years of experience under her belt, Rejoice has spent the last four years in the Phoenix area as a Human Capital Management Implementation Specialist for ADP. In this role, she achieved great success as the number one associate in the country for the entire fiscal year in overall performance with over 100+ clients at any given time. She pioneered a new learning process in West Implementation by creating a cross-training project to improve client-associate relationships and led in the multi-module Process Improvement Kaizen, which resulted in providing customers with a more seamless and efficient implementation experience with the company. During her time at ADP, Rejoice was recognized as the Improving Client Experience award winner in 2016 for bringing a modern approach to learning at ADP by providing just-in-time learning through short videos to promote creative learning for associates to increase productivity.
