MWA Intelligence, Inc. Expands Implementation Team With New FORZA Functional Consultant

For the past 11 years, Jennifer has been a part of the Sharp Business Systems, Charlotte, NC where she played a developing role throughout the organization. Beginning in the Cash Applications department, Jennifer’s duties entailed: overseeing ACH payments from 3rd party leasing companies, identifying delinquent accounts, investigating and resolving payment discrepancies. Two years later, she took on the role of Contract Administrator and eventual Senior Contract Administrator where she was responsible for handling all things related to major accounts – from managing contract billings, inquiries and service/supply orders to developing customized invoicing and quarterly audits.

Jennifer was also a key member of the SAP Implementation and Support Team within Sharp to help transition the organization onto SAP Enterprise. As a designated member, her roles included: analyzing data integrity to roadmap pre-implementation strategies, contributing in the development and distribution of custom training material, assisting in the quality assurance process for contracts and sales order administration as well as support SAP end-user adoption with remote subject matter and on-site training.
