With over 30 years of experience in the Office Automation Industry, managing operations, service, sales, and administration, Dick and his team at BSC possess the knowledge and experience to help facilitate implementation of MWA FORZA during this time of exponential development.
Dick’s career began at Monroe Systems for Business, where, as General Manager, he tripled Sales for his location, before being promoted to through the ranks to VP of the Western Region. Dick then opened his own business, Imaging Solutions. After a few successful years he sold the businesses to Pitney Bowes and became a Business Product General Manager. After playing a pivotal role in centralizing their 39 OMD Servers into 3 regional OMD Servers he was subsequently promoted to VP of Dealer Integration and Acquisitions, where he developed and administered marketing plans, valuations, budgets, and corporate culture development. Since 1998 Dick has been the President and Owner of Business Systems Consulting, Inc. Since 2005 he and his team have helped clients in the Office Automation Industry to develop and implement strategies in Sales Management, CRM Data Management, CFO Services, Service Department Design, HR, and Training.
