MWA Intelligence, Inc. (MWAi) is a master value-added reseller (MVAR) and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for SAP Business One and leader in enterprise resource planning software (ERP). In layman’s terms, we are a really extremely qualified company that sells software to make other businesses run more efficiently and effective. But we are so much more than just another company and it’s a true testament to our community in the MWAi FORZA family. Our success is a result of providing a friendly atmosphere that encourages imagination, initiation, and innovation. What better way to find out first hand than from our seven new interns we hired for the summer!
Highlighting our fifth week of our intern meet and greet is Christa Jolin from Laurel, Maryland. Breaking the trend of Western Pennsylvanian residents, Christa originates from the land of Old Bay® and crab cakes. At the conclusion of the summer, she will be returning to Saint Vincent College as a rising senior majoring in Marketing.
At school, Christa is a member of the women’s lacrosse team which doesn’t come as a surprise considering she grew up in a lacrosse hotbed, an area where the sport is prominent and rich in talent. When she’s not ripping twine (lacrosse term for shooting) on the athletic field, Christa enjoys spending time with her horse, Gogo, and participating in competitions with her. Much to her dismay, Christa is not looking forward to returning back East for the winter after falling in love out here in Scottsdale. I can’t blame her for that!
Her future aspirations entail boundless possibilities despite telling her that I’m only allotted a certain amount of space. One thing she seemed very concentrated on was exploring the opportunity of working for a VAR of SAP Business One or continuing her education to the graduate level. During her time here at MWAi, Christa works under the direction of Johanna Williams, Project Lead for FORZA.
