FORZA, built on SAP Business One’s platform, enables industry dealers to be smarter, bigger, and better. As a response to the neglected demands of the channel and its members, MWA has tailored an open-architectural ERP built to knock down the limitations of disparate, non-integrated business management systems.

Mike Stramaglio

President and CEO

Former local dealer trainer in Chicago turned CEO in Scottsdale, Mike Stramaglio’s professional career embodies approximately 40 years of experience in the Office Equipment Industry. During that time, Mike has served as President and COO of Hitachi Koki Imaging Solutions, Inc., and held senior management positions with Minolta Corporation and Ricoh Corporation.

Under Mike’s guidance, the companies he has worked for culminated various noteworthy accolades. Such honors include: Most Innovative Manufacturer of the Year award back-to-back while at Hitachi, Executive of the Year twice by Marketing Research Consultants, Inc. as CEO of Imaging Portals, Inc., and an elected M2M Technology Advisor by M2M Magazine.

In 2003 Mike joined Electronics for Imaging as GM where he was responsible for Automated Dispatch Systems (ADS) and the Intelligent Device Management solution set which led to the genesis of: Mobile Workforce Automation (MWA) in 2006.

Jenna Stramaglio

Chief Marketing Officer

Around the same time of MWA’s corporate birth, Jenna began her career with the company as a Director of M2M Deployments. Her 10+ years of experience along with her imagining channel knowledge and certification in SAP Business One allows her to assist in any marketing and service related questions.

Since beginning at MWA, Jenna has been a staple in expanding sales and marketing opportunities as well as client services support for MWA. Under the role of VP of Client Services, Jenna’s responsibilities included handling the entirety of Client Services department, involving pre and post- sales support. Currently, she assumes responsibility for the day-to-day functions and operations of the Marketing Department.

Jenna earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.She proudly supports The Jillian Fund and has a love for fried pickles, good beer, and her son, Dominic.

Hiro Ueda

Chief Planning Officer

In 2007, Hiro was brought on by MWA for his exponential knowledge concerning OEMs, dealers, and international business development. With his exceptional skill set and priceless experience, he helps MWA have a strong company presence, internationally and domestically within the Imaging Channel.

Hiro Ueda oversees areas pertaining towards expanding the MWA brand. In Japan and various other Asian countries, Hiro is at the forefront of business development initiatives including M2M/M2P business while developing foreign relations with Japanese manufactures throughout the industry. His role is also pertinent to corporate planning, strategic goal setting, and providing business-critical management data and financial analysis.

Jeff Campbell

FORZA Architect & VP of Engineering

The man behind the core of FORZA is Jeff Campbell, Chief Architect at MWA. As an SAP Business One aficionado, Jeff has an immense knowledge and background incorporating Level 2 Sales, Pre-Sales, Integration Framework, Crystal Reports and Windows software development. He is SAP Business One certified as an implementation consultant and developer.

As the lead architect, Jeff’s skill set is paramount to the daily operations of FORZA’s functionalities and capabilities. At MWA, his responsibility is to manage the development and implementation teams to develop a software and service solution that can be implemented in a templated fashion, tailored to the needs of the imaging channel vertical market.
